Our Experience
Synta Consulting's expertise is the combined expertise of its two co-founders. Every engagement is led and delivered directly by Ramona Popa and Ionut Popa — senior practitioners with hands-on backgrounds in project delivery, contract administration and commercial management across major programmes worldwide. Clients are not passed to junior teams or generalist advisors. They work with the people who built the firm.
